Refund and cancellation framework

  1. Refund requests are accepted only for eligible unopened/unused products as per policy window.
  2. Damaged or incorrect deliveries are prioritized for replacement or refund verification.
  3. Digital activation/service charges may be non-refundable once consumed.
  4. Approved refunds are processed through original payment method in standard banking timelines.
  5. For support, contact the SafeTag help desk with order ID and registered phone number.
