Refund and cancellation framework

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders placed on our website can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the product is handed over to our delivery partner, cancellations cannot be processed.

2. 7-Day Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unused physical SafeTag packages within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The tag package must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • You must present proof of purchase or the order ID received during checkout.

3. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your SafeTag package arrives damaged, unreadable, or missing components, contact our customer help desk immediately. We will ship a replacement package free of cost or issue a full refund upon verification.

4. Exclusions

Refunds are not applicable to tags that have been scanned and registered to an owner profile, bulk custom corporate orders, or digital service subscription renewals that have already been consumed.

5. Processing Timelines

Upon receiving and verifying the returned package, your refund will be processed. The amount will be credited back to your original payment gateway account (Razorpay) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on standard bank processing times.
