- Refund requests are accepted only for eligible unopened/unused products as per policy window.
- Damaged or incorrect deliveries are prioritized for replacement or refund verification.
- Digital activation/service charges may be non-refundable once consumed.
- Approved refunds are processed through original payment method in standard banking timelines.
