SafeTag service usage terms
Last updated: June 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, registering, or scanning a SafeTag, or visiting this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the service.
2. Permitted Use and Restrictions
SafeTag is designed to bridge emergency communication. You agree not to:
- Use the system to harass, threaten, stalk, or spam tag owners.
- Attach tags to vehicles or property that do not belong to you without explicit permission from the owner.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or bypass the anonymous call routing and web servers.
- Provide false contact details or impersonate authority figures.
3. Owner Responsibilities
As a registered tag owner, you are responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date phone numbers and emergency contacts. SafeTag is not liable for failed communications due to typo errors, outdated phone entries, or incorrect DND (Do Not Disturb) settings.
4. Service Limitations and Telecom Uptime
Our masked communication relies on third-party telecommunication operator gateways. While we strive to ensure high service availability, we do not guarantee 100% voice route uptime, immediate text message delivery, or signal coverage across all mobile networks.
5. Limitation of Liability
SafeTag is a tool for convenience and contact routing. SafeTag and its parent company are not liable for vehicle towing, parking fines, theft, vandalization, or any physical or property damage that occurs while a tag is active on your vehicle.
