Dispatch and delivery standards

1. Order Dispatch and Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

2. Standard Delivery Timelines

Standard transit times vary depending on the destination location:

• Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
• Non-Metro Cities: 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.
• Remote / Rural Areas: 7 to 10 business days depending on serviceability by post/couriers.

3. Delivery Partners

We dispatch packages using reliable courier logistics networks, including BlueDart, Delhivery, Speed Post, and other domestic couriers.

4. Shipping Fee Structure

We provide free standard shipping on orders containing a total value above ₹499. For orders below this threshold, a flat delivery and packaging fee of ₹40 is applied during checkout.

5. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your package is handed over to our delivery partner, we will email or SMS a tracking link and tracking ID to your registered contact details so you can monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
